Acacia Farm Lodge is tucked into an active mixed farm high on the Rift Valley escarpment, offering sweeping panoramas over Karatu and nearby forested hills.  Its location bridges Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti, making it an ideal hub for safari circuits. 
The lodge comprises about 32 rooms in 16 cottages, many of which are interconnectable for families or groups.  Rooms feature modern amenities, private balconies, and views over the farmland or forest. 
Acacia Farm Lodge emphasizes fresh, local food—much of its produce comes from its own gardens—and offers amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, gym, bar, walking or cycling around the property, and farm/nature tours.
